Engineer - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for an Engineer who is experienced in software and system design from the automotive sector or other relevant sectors.

What you'll do:
● Take responsibility in the handover from projects and development teams to establish their support.
● Have a support lead role for service/component development teams including operational stability and continuous improvements.
● Monitor the incidents related to online experience and manage workload in their respective queues.
● Responsible to monitor and manage the network and relevant devices (switches, routers, Firewalls, wireless, etc.)
● Design and implement monitoring, configuration management, and reporting functions that will make a hands-off environment.
Who you are:
● Have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent area of education and must have relevant working experience.
● Good knowledge of operating and maintaining infrastructure based on Windows Server and installation/administration/maintenance of Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Exchange Server.
● Have proven hands-on experience in system engineering and bring knowledge about diagnostics, calibration, automotive system safety, cybersecurity, automotive base technologies such as Ethernet.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Regularly works across teams to build a culture for iterative, autonomous development and future scaling.
