Position description:

The role as Engineer Switches involves:

- Develop Customer & hidden Switches requirements & specifications that meet the overall vehicle requirements
- Support supplier assessments/reviews
- Work closely with styling/design and mechanical integration
- Develop, calibrate and evaluate according to project timing
- Identify root-causes of identified issues during verification/validation and develop countermeasures/solutions as needed.
- Identifying opportunities and implement changes to improve products or processes and reduce cost
- Anchoring the assignment's decisions , development and status with the responsible line management

Skills and required experience:

We are looking for someone who has:

- Minimum education of a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience from automotive switch development, or equivalent electro-mechanic & mechatronics development, minimum 2 years
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Driver license B
