OM TJÄNSTEN
In this position you will configure the EAM tool according to business requirements and act as first line support for the system. You will also be responsible for delivering information into EAM together with the Technical Content Management team. Besides that, you are supposed to work together with the IT department to ensure that EAM uptime requirements are fulfilled. The role also involve collaboration with other facilities in order to share knowledge and experiences to further improve EAM for a collective use.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
* Quality checks and import equipment.
* Extract data from the EAM database to different groups when requested, create inboxes and manage mobile alerts.
* Manage mobile units used for the EAM applications in the facility and in warehouses by configuring them and supporting the users.
* Create and manage user defined fields and screens to ensure that the business has access to the right information.
* Manage the system documentation, guidelines, training and barcoding capabilities and participate in the rollout of new functionalities.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Bachelor Degree in either IT or engineering.
* Relevant experience with innovation processes and/or models.
* Proven written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Knowledge within Excel and have the capability to easily learn new systems.

It is also beneficial if you have experience in platform, databases and/or systems like EAM and JIRA.
