Engineering & Automation - Centre Leader

How about a challenging position where you use your engineering- and people skills to strengthen the position for Tetra Pak Processing North Europe.

As Engineering & Automation Centre Leader you will have the opportunity to lead and develop the E&A team for processing solutions in Market Area Nordic.The position is within and you will be based in Aarhus and report to the Engineering & Automation Director and Plant Sales & Engineering Cluster leader.Depending on where the business opportunities arise you may expect travelling in the area of 50-100 days.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

- Continue building and developing the E&A Centre
- Hold overall technical responsibility within the centre
- Be responsible for delivering sales margin on projects according to target
- Lead, develop and coach the team
- Be accountable for overall planning of resources and staff utilisation
- Drive productivity and risk management
- Drive competence development within the team


Kvalifikationer

You are a result oriented leader with a strategic mindset and excellent people skills.You have solid leadership experience and documented success with running projects.You are a listener with informal authority which makes people want to listen to you.And you excel at communication at all levels in the organisation.

You have at least 5-7 years working experience - probably from the food industry.You posses good technical knowledge of food production and you have a very good sense for how to make money in the field.Experience from remote management of staff is a merit.You hold an engineering degree with focus on automation or possess equivalent experience.You are fluent in Scandinavian language and have excellent command of spoken and written English.
