Responsibilities
Coordinate product development engineering teams
Budget management
Project timeplan management
Coaching another team leaders to reach project and company´s goals



Qualifications
Knowledge and understanding of the design validation process for vehicle systems
Ability to work in cross functional teams and be able to take a leading role
Minimum of 5 years of Automotive relevant experience
A working knowledge of component manufacturing, tooling requirements and lead times
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
