We are seeking a high energy, experienced tech leader for our Seller Lifecycle Alliance, with a strong track record of leading multiple cross-functional tech teams and bringing strong people leadership skills and technical acumen. You will lead a team of 60+ people, currently across two locations (Stockholm and San Jose, USA).


Seller Lifecycle Alliance has the mission to grow the number of active sellers and to help them get more out of each step in their journey with Zettle, offering the right products, services and pricing at the right time.

As a member of our Tech Management Chapter, you will be in charge of cross-functional teams that are part of the Seller Lifecycle Alliance and you will lead other tech managers in the alliance. On a day-to-day basis, you will cooperate with a wide variety of passionate Zettlers making sellers’ everyday experience astonishing.

What you’ll do:

Be an engaged coach, mentor, and partner for your teams
Make sure we attract, retain and develop top talent within the tech chapter
Create an environment where your teams can perform and have the necessary skills and mandate to work in a self-organized way
Drive cross-areas ways of working and help teams to remove the impediments they are not able to manage themselves
Empower teams to make decisions on how to accomplish and prioritize tech work
Work closely with Product and Design leaders to define roadmaps and metrics with a focus on outcome and incremental delivery
Ensure ways of working and processes are in place to support technical initiatives and continuous improvements, lead teams towards our technical tenets.
Lead changes within or outside of your chapter that spark your interest and the needs of Zettle.

Are a pragmatic and solution-oriented tech leader with a clear understanding of how to get things done the best and smoothest possible way
Have experience leading, coaching and mentoring high performing Engineering teams
Are comfortable working on large-scale challenges and taking full ownership of product experience
Have situational leadership, you can focus on details without losing sight of the big picture
Have experience working with complex products and capabilities and outlining strategies to remove ambiguity and lead teams through change
Have a growth mindset and ability to learn, adapt and manage change
