The Engineering Graduate program
The Engineering Graduate Program at Volvo Group Trucks Technology is a global 12-month program where you are offered the perfect mix of on-the-job learning and diverse training modules. Job description
We are searching for a Simulation & Analysis Engineer to join our group of Cab Analysis. Depending on your experience and interest, the job can be in either of the following areas: Aerodynamics, Acoustics/NVH (Noise Vibration Harshness), Crash or Durability & Strength. We are a support function to the other teams within the Cab Engineering department and we work closely with the design departments and other functions to improve the Aerodynamics, Acoustics/NVH, Crash or Durability & Strength performance of the truck. The main parts of the role include evaluation and proposal of technical solutions for improving the performance of the truck.
The Cab engineering department is responsible for developing new advanced cabs for our future trucks while also continually adapt our current products to different market demands. We work as a global team with the different sites around the globe. Working in this international environment is an exciting challenge, which is placing more and higher demands on our employees.

Required knowledge/experience
In order to qualify for the Engineering Graduate program you must have completed a Master’s degree in Applied mechanics, Sound & Vibrations, Fluid Mechanics or equivalent prior to the start of the program but not more than 18 months ago. You should not have more than two years full-time working experience prior to starting. You also need to be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
