About the assignment
We provide unique IKEA specialist competence in developing, improving, designing, establishing and operating IKEA Customer Meeting Points based on a market approach across all IKEA markets. Customer Meeting Points are IKEA Stores, Small Stores, Pick-up Points, Shops and Plan & Order Points.
We coach, mentor, support and challenge IKEA retailers in their expansion plans.
We cooperate with our IKEA franchisees in over 50 countries all over the world. We work in a multicultural environment, where we are comfortable using English (spoken and written) to communicate.
We develop and co-create inspirational IKEA retail architecture, by transforming market and business needs into outstanding customer meetings.

We are looking for an engineering intern for 12 months at our office in Malmö Fabriken, starting September 2022. During your internship, you will be a member of one of our teams. Your tasks will include:
Support the start-up of the implementation of CO2 and energy footprint methodologies in relation to the design process of the Customer Meeting Point.
Prepare reports based on the results of the tools (energy, CO2 software).
KPIs: Validation and definition of next generation KPIs

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) located in Malmö, Sweden.  There may be some international travel required for this role. You will report to the ROSS Manager.
