Wanted: < Engineering Lead > - Gas Turbine Design Development Engineer
In the role of Gas Turbine Design Development Engineer, you will be an engineering professional adding value to a whole scope of GT components development projects. You will develop GT hardware including parts of turbine, combustor and rotor and structures. Deliver and release those mechanical design, manufacturing documentation, engineering specifications and support product data management. The work will be interlaced with other disciplines involved in the projects. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and customers wide-world and offer high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients’ business needs. Location for this position is Finspang, Sweden,. This position may require travel.
Qualifications Basic

• Operational leadership and sub project management in development projects
• Develop Gas Turbine hardware including hot gas path details, deliver and release those mechanical design, manufacturing documentation, engineering specifications and support product data management
• Ability to design and develop Gas Turbine hardware
• To be familiar with Product Development Process
• Good Project Management skills
• Technical documentation, slides and other materials preparation for the reviews
• To be familiar with Additive Manufacturing technology
• Understanding of engineering design and development activities
in CAD / CAE
• Ability to work in team environment
• Ability to lead projects and communicate interfaces to client and others
• Sufficient technical skills – strong understanding of mechanical engineering disciplines
• Work experience with International standards and codes (ISO, DIN, ASME..)
• Analytical skills, i.e. good understanding of the overall task and his part of it
• Knowledge of additional foreign language is an advantage
