Service Minded and Human centric Engineering Manager for building our Enablement and Support team

Operational Intelligence is a growing area within Ingka Digital and we are looking for an Engineering Manager that will be part of building a new team that will seamlessly enable engineers with tools, technology and expertise around Monitoring, Observability and AI Ops capabilities.
In our transformation the Enablement and support team will be the interface between our platform and our consumers to assure successful outcomes of our services. For this, we need a service minded person with high EQ that loves interacting with people.
Operational Intelligence is a core part of the digital foundation at Ingka and the services we provide are crucial to run our business - to sell and deliver out fantastic furniture to customers across the globe.

WHO YOU ARE
We think that you love the mix of team leadership and coaching, together with setting the foundation in place for how we interact with and enable our consumers with the capabilities in scope. You are also good at building strong partnerships across the Ingka Digital organization to make sure our services deliver outcome for our consumers.
We believe you are familiar with modern software development practices including Monitoring, Observability and AIOps with previous experience from consultancy or account management selling and delivering top quality services.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• You and your team will be working physically and virtually in a fully empowered and agile team and be the face of our services towards our consumers
• Together with the Service Manager, Engineers, Business Analyst and fellow Engineering Managers you will create and promote the roadmap, ensuring the best service offering, based on the need of our consumers.
• You will ensure recruitment, performance, competence and career development of your team
TOGETHER AS A TEAM
We are an area consisting of 5 teams (soon 6) responsible for delivering the Operational Intelligence platform to the IKEA enterprise globally with focus on monitoring, observability and AIOps capabilities and services. We are based in Helsingborg, Malmö, Älmhult and Dortmund and a mix of local and remote work is not a problem.
