Engineering manager

BaniTech is a consultant firm located in Gothenburg, Sweden. Our consultants are experienced working in the automotive industry supporting a wide range of engineering tasks such as, project management, system design, function development, software development, HMI development, testing.
We are currently working on an in-house project and therefore looking for an engineering manager to lead and expand our development team.


Qualifications
An advanced degree in computer science or engineering (at least MSc.)
Minimum five years of business and technical experience
Solid experience of Open source software and web stack and web standards
Proven track record of complete web application development in the past
Mongodb and data modelling
Ajax and Restful APIs
Agile development methodology
Familiarity with UI design and usability improvements
Experience in building for scale and performance
CI/CD experience
Significant people management experience with strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
Minimum five years of experience in leading, managing, coaching and mentoring software developers towards delivering timely, high quality software
Strong organizational and prioritization skills along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in English is a must
