In brief

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our leadership team for Engineering. We are currently organized in 4 domains – Foundation, Discover, Execution and Platform, defined in line with the services we provide for our customers. The domains are setup to be able to independently take an idea from inception to product launch. As Engineering Manager, you lead 1 or 2 agile teams in one of our domains, and you work closely with the other leaders within Engineering to support the growth of Engineering as a whole.

This is part of the role

As Engineering Manager, you are responsible for the outcome of your teams, and you will use coaching and facilitation to help the team grow and succeed with the support of a Scrum Master. You are the people manager of the engineers and are responsible to ensure the competence development, growth of technical expertise, and hiring to your team and Engineering as a whole.

You ensure an agile way of working and facilitate organizational change if required. You work close with the product owner, setting goals for your team. You collaborate with your peers as well as the Engineering department in general, human resources (HR) and other business stakeholders to make our development a successful one. On all levels.

This is you

Most probably you are well founded in the majority of the following:

• Leading agile teams
• Coaching and facilitation
• Agile methodologies
• Software delivery
• Education – at least BSC or similar
• Fluent language skills in English are mandatory
• Bank & Finance experience is a plus
