Engineering Manager - Analytics & Systems

JOB DESCRIPTION The Core Technologies - Analytics & Systems team is part of Axis Technologies department and deals with the definition and implementation of long-term technology roadmaps within corresponding technology domains.As such the department takes an important part in the development of our Technology Platform that provides the basis for future products and features.The team also provides crucial knowledge to the rest of the organisation within their area of expertise.As engineering manager it will be your responsibility to lead and develop the Analytics and Systems team, creating and upholding a productive and stimulating environment.You will lead organizational and process development within the team and have the overall responsibility for the Analytics and Systems area within Axis.Your main tasks will involve: Running the day to day operations Resource allocations Budgeting Road-mapping Teambuilding Appraisal, development and salary talks JOB QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a driven leader with a broad experience from technology development.We believe you have a Masters degree in electrical engineering, computer science or similar and documented leadership experience from a similar position.Good leadership is crucial for Axis success and we highly value our managers ability to motivate and organize people, making them high performers in a developing and creative environment.WHAT CAN AXIS DO FOR YOU?We can offer you a creative and challenging position with the possibility to utilize and develop your management skills.You will have a strategic role within the technologies department, enabling you to greatly influence Axis product development.READY TO ACT?Axis is a company realizing the benefits of a diverse workforce.We know that diversity in groups creates a better working environment and promotes creativity, something that is fundamental for our success.7.We review applications continuously!
