Engineering Manager, Business Support Foundations

Foundations, as part of the Business Support domain, is where we improve and maintain the common SAP digital capabilities used by and in the development of our Finance and Procurement business processes. These processes are used in all parts of our business and are crucial to steer and operate our business. This includes customer and business transactions, financial information and money flows in four end-to-end business processes: Customer Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Treasury Operations and Record to Report.
We work cross-functional and you will collaborate with others in the engineering and product network to achieve our common goals.
Within the wider Business Support domain there are many areas, ranging from Finance, Tax, Procurement, Insights and Real Estate in addition to the Foundations capability.

As our Finance and Procurement business processes in being transformed with SAP as technical enabler, we see following knowledge and competencies as key:
• SAP BASIS Infra architecture in a complex environment with S4/HANA 1809/1909, Ariba, Concur, SAP Business Warehouse (BW), Analytics cloud, SAP PI/PO, CPI integration stack – IaaS, PaaS and SaaS components within the SAP landscape.
• SAP workload on public Cloud - Microsoft Azure and related infrastructure configurations along with understanding of tools like Ansible or equivalent is desirable.
• Understanding of SAP landscape monitoring and security best practices pertaining to SAP specific infrastructure – compute, storage, and network configurations
• Experience with SAP SOLMAN based application lifecycle management (ALM)
You will be the line manager for a team of Engineers with responsibility for the people processes such as recruitment, performance, competence, career development, health and wellbeing of your co-workers.
You will also be responsible for the engagement with SAP services suppliers to help Ingka deliver as per business expectations.
