Job Description
Hybris Development team works with Development of the eCommerce solution SAP Commerce (Hybris) for H&M/Portfolio Brands. We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team of 40 members and maintain an in-depth understanding of the developments of eCommerce solutions​. Your primary focus will be ensuring that the product teams have the right competencies by strategically managing talents in your team. While your role will not involve hands-on technical work, your technical leadership and guidance will be crucial to ensure adherence to engineering practices and structures.
Your daily work includes:
Leading a team of engineers to execute and deliver value by ensuring the team possesses the right competencies to support the mission and adopt new technologies from an eCommerce Platform perspective.
As staff responsible, you will be involved in the development and growth of your team members, providing vision, and clarity on their journey.
Navigating through multiple stakeholders demands and translate long-term goals into actionable strategies.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the developments of eCommerce solutions.
Demonstrating an ability to "get things done" at scale while ensuring a fun, inclusive, and healthy environment.



Qualifications
We believe that you are an experienced Engineering Manager with strong commitment, are customer-driven, possessing a strategic and holistic approach. Someone who is a natural connector & collaborator, builds trust and relationships at all levels. You are truly a “doer,” willing to get hands-on in solving any problems to make the team move forward and deliver exceptional customer and business results.
We also believe you have:
A minimum of 10 years of experience working with IT Deliveries and at least 3 years of Leadership Experience
Strong background in different eCommerce solutions/Platforms
An agile mindset and skilled in planning, prioritizing, execution, and follow-ups with cross-functional teams
Strong knowledge in SAP Commerce (Hybris) software/development
Experience of Integration Frameworks
Experience in Azure Cloud, Kubernetes and CI/CD Pipelines
Experience with product management and translating needs into re-usable and automated solutions
