Job Description
As an Engineering Manager for the Hybris Platform Team, you will take charge of a talented team comprising 20 members, driving excellence in the development and management of our eCommerce Platform (SAP Hybris) for H&M/Portfolio Brands.
In this role, you will lead a cross-functional, multi-competence product team with an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you will shape and align the strategic vision for your team, continuously adapting the product roadmap based on a profound understanding of market trends, customer insights, and company-wide input. Additionally, your role as a Hybris Technology specialist will empower you to contribute significantly to the successful transition towards the future of our eCommerce landscape.
Some of your daily work includes:
Setting ambitious and clear product missions and OKRs, translating them into a prioritized roadmap and team backlog focused on driving agreed KPIs.
Leading and empowering a team of skilled engineers to execute and deliver valuable outcomes.
Ensuring the team possesses the necessary competencies to fulfill the mission and embrace new eCommerce Platform technologies on the roadmap.
Effectively managing the Product backlog and stories, facilitating clear communication on prioritization with the team.
Maintaining an in-depth understanding of developments in eCommerce solutions.



Qualifications

We also value the following qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of experience working with IT Deliveries and at least 3 years of Leadership Experience
Strong background in different eCommerce solutions/Platforms
Strong agile mindset and skilled in planning, prioritizing, execution, and follow ups with cross functional teams
Strong knowledge in SAP Commerce (Hybris) software
Experience of Integration Frameworks
Experience in Azure Cloud, Kubernetes and CI/CD Pipelines
Experience with product management and translating needs and pains into re-usable and automated solutions
Experience in relational and non relational databases
Experience in Global Enterprise Solutions
Ability “to get it done” at scale while at the same time ensuring a fun, inclusive and healthy environment
