About us
Power Electronics Hardware delivers the power electronics for all derivatives of electric propulsions within Propulsion & Energy. This includes development of electric drive inverters, on-board chargers and DC/DCs in both concept and in industrialization phase.
If you like to belong to a team of enthusiastic and creative people that want to make a difference, then the role as Engineer Manager for the group Hardware System & Test within Power Electronics Hardware is the perfect challenge for you. You will support a group that are responsible for system design as well as the testing of our inverters. It is beneficial with experience from Power electronics system design and testing.

About you
You enjoy working in an intellectually creative environment where curiosity and enthusiasm will be the atmosphere. You are an experienced problem solver, looking for a bigger business experience. As a person you also apply creative thinking to issues and analyse qualitative and quantitative research data.
You are a person with a innovative perspective; resourceful and able to take ownership quickly and reliably. You have an ability to build through people, listen and coach and you are truly motivated by creating new solutions together with the cross-functional team.
· M.Sc. or equivalent technical experience
· Min 5 years of experience in Product Development within Power electronics
· Documented leadership qualities and experiences
· Driving license
