Engineering Manager - Product Development

Our solution strikes the perfect balance between performance, simplicity, and accessibility.

Today Spiideo is used by hundreds of organizations globally, including some of the world's largest and most well-known professional and collegiate teams. Our customers are typically in team sports like soccer, basketball, ice hockey, field hockey, futsal, lacrosse, etc.

We're now looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our product development teams that thrive when taking on the scaling challenge of putting Spiideo everywhere you find sport.

What will you do

- Be a technical leader and valued contributor for several autonomous and cross-functional development teams.
- Lead and support the versatile engineers who architect, develop and deliver Spiideos product experiences.
- Work closely with our product managers to realize the full potential of Spiideo to provide products and services that are astonishingly simple, powerful, and innovative.
- Enable learning and knowledge sharing across the organization, leveling up our engineering practices and mentoring other specialists.
- Initiate, influence, and drive technical projects across teams within Spiideo.
- You will constantly be looking for talents and have a knack for recognizing and attracting top-tier engineers to your team.
