Product Price and Planning is a part of our Industrial Cluster in the Digital Finance area, responsible for planning and forecasting activities to enable Pricing community to create price lists for our cars in all our markets. 
Our mission is to provide accurate and timely data within BPA down to PNO 34 level, which is the complete car specification including model, colour, packages etc. As one of our new Engineering Managers you will guide one of our product teams focusing on SAP BPC, Business Planning & Consolidation and BPA, Business Planning & Analysis.  

You will be based in our office in Gothenburg. 

What you’ll do  
You will lead and grow a team of hardworking engineers through hiring, mentoring, inspiring and feedback. You will ensure, through streamlined execution and experimentation, that our solutions meet the needs of our customers quickly and accurately. You will be the voice of engineering in the Product team through a friendly and effective collaboration with your product counterpart.  

Moreover, you will advocate and strengthen a modern, agile software development and help us develop and foster good engineering practices. You will ensure the solutions are scalable, sustainable, architecturally sound, and that technical debt is both incurred consciously and repaid in a reasonable time. You will collaborate with other engineering leaders across the organization. 

Do you fit the profile? 
We believe that you have experience of working with SAP BPC and SAP BPA, and it is meritorious if you have worked with SAP S/4HANA. You love to lead, develop, inspire and grow an engineering team, and have previous experience doing so, and you know what it takes to build a phenomenal team.  

You are very knowledgeable and passionate about modern software development that builds products our customers love. You are passionate about digital technologies and willing to work hands-on to try new technologies. You are good at leveraging vendor capability for the team’s delivery. Experience within the Financial area is a plus. 

Finally, you are someone that fully embraces a growth mindset, and you have the ability to encourage others to do the same. You are someone who likes to have fun at work and makes sure everyone always feels welcome and included!
