We empower products delivered through Volvo Cars app, such as Connected Car Cloud Platform, Service Booking, Connected Safety, Customer Care Chat, Volvo ID, over-the-air updates, and car connectivity.
The team is located in Gothenburg, Stockholm and Lund, Sweden, and we collaborate closely with teams in the US and in China. Many of the people you will be working with have experience from start-ups and global tech companies such as Spotify, Google, Ericsson, Microsoft, Tradera, Klarna and King.

You and your skills
We’re looking for an experienced QA / DevOps manager that can guide the quality enablers for the Mobile App, specifically in the areas of QA, and CI/CD.
You’ll be work closely with all the teams in the Volvo Cars App organization and neighbouring organizations.
As a manager in the mobile platform team, you’ll part of shaping mission and the strategy for the entire team. And as a manager for QA / DevOps you’ll manage QA engineers, QA automation expert and CI/CD experts and together with them form a strategy for improving the quality of our launched product, our individual experiences, and our development environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for recruitment, compensation, and employee career development for a group of approximately 5-10 people. You’ll grow your team through coaching and mentoring, you’ll empower skilled individuals and teams, and you’ll drive and nurture collaboration, diversity, psychological safety and engagement.
