ENGINEERING MANAGER
Axis is looking for a driven and dedicated Engineering Manager to lead our Product Services team within R&D.

The Product Services team do third level support, assist our sales organization in deals and provide the market with firmware updates for our network video products.This means that we often work to fulfill special technical demands in order to satisfy our customers and potential customers.We therefore believe it is important that you have a distinct interest for technology and customers in combination with an understanding for the market and business requirements.

In your role as Engineering Manager you will be responsible for the skilled group of software developers that are the Product Services team.It will be your task to manage resource allocation, do budgeting and run the day-to-day operations.A big part of your job will be to manage people and it is of great importance that you are able to create a dynamic team spirit and have the ability to motivate people.

Job Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Computer Science or similar
Documented leadership skills
You have the capability to manage and motivate people.
Good communication and presentation skills in English and Swedish
You are highly customer oriented and have a distinct interest for technology and customers in combination with an understanding for the market and business requirements.
Preferably you have a background within the field of embedded systems
