We are looking for an Engineering Manager for Retention with a special focus on loyalty and customer communication for our customers. What we do in this team is build tools and features for our retention marketing teams to create the greatest gaming experience. We support this target by supporting and challenging the operational organisation to acquire and retain customers as effectively as possible.
You will work alongside the development team and our operational teams to develop plans and investigations that help the company exceed. You should be confident working directly with developers in the team and being able to explain the reasons why particular features/tasks are important to complete, and the impacts of not doing them. We also like to see that you have an understanding of the tech stack/product to independently answer questions outside the domain.
