Job Description
As an Engineering Manager for SAP EWM at H&M Group, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 13 application engineers distributed to different delivery teams in our Center of Excellence.
Your primary focus will be ensuring that the product teams have the right competencies by strategically managing resources.
This role requires a genuine interest in the development and growth of individuals, providing vision, security, and clarity on their journey.
You will navigate multiple stakeholders’ demands, handle conflicting priorities and time-sensitive deliveries, and translate long-term goals into actionable strategies, leveraging your ability to zoom in and out of the big picture.
Qualifications
Strong managerial experience, preferably 7-10 years of in a similar managerial and staff responsible role
Proven experience in working with SAP Functions
Good understanding of EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) product and resources
Proven experience in setting and handling resource allocation budgets
Knowledge of a large enterprise, ideally from a similar industry with complex backend systems
Ability to coach others in a way that enables them to grow professionally and to increase their performance

These are fulltime permanent positions. They are based in our office in Stockholm, Sweden and we have a hybrid work structure.
