Take on the challenge in leading our department for Technical Leads. Technical Lead is responsible for the technical parts in our delivery projects including leading and coordinating the technical staff. The role combines both technical coordination as well as leadership skills, customer interactions and scope management. As a manager you will be responsible for competence and method development for the team and expanding the team to meet our plan to grow.
A highly competent team in Sweden with currently about 10 employees is looking for a strong manager in lead. A dynamic team of engineers with a good team spirit. Helpfulness, collaboration, and a drive to deliver on our commitments are the best adjectives describing the team.
Your responsibilities
You are the manager of the Swedish team and at the same time developing the role in other locations.
Handling operational duties within projects.
Develop and maintain methods and instructions related to the Technical Lead role.
Responsible for competence requirements and improvements for the team.

Your background
You have strong leadership skills and ability to coordinate several ongoing tasks
Good understanding in project management and experience with project deliveries to end customer.
Knowledge regarding our product Network Manager is a merit.
Previous experience as a manager is an advantage.
You know how to communicate, motivate, and support people on the road of achieving success and goals
