You will be the direct manager of 2-3 teams. The teams are working with development, user experience and support.
You will be part of the management team and together we will make our co-workers grow and create the best prerequisites possible to deliver the highest value to our end users.
In the management team today, we have both coding and non-coding engineering managers. We believe in the approach of having a mix of these two flavours so that we can have a good diversity and to support the stars in our organization in the best way.
More about us and what we believe in!
• We are a passionate team that takes enormous pride in what and how we deliver.
• We work tightly with business and end-user representatives
• We have a modern microservices architecture both for backend and frontend.
• We are 100% cloud-native and run all our services in AWS.
• Dedication to state of the art user experience and co-creation
• Servant leadership. Empower others and lead with empathy.
Your background
We believe that you have a background in systems development and that you have proven leadership skills in a truly agile environment. You might have been a group manager before or that you have had other leadership roles.
