We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our team as an Engineering Manager. By working with us, you'll have the chance to lead exciting projects, implement innovative solutions, and be a vital part of our success story.
Depending on the size of the project, the role is a combination of Engineering Manager and specialist in your discipline. The emphasis will be adjusted depending on the needs, your interests, and how you want to develop.
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the different technical disciplines that make up our projects.
Your tasks in brief include:
• Actively working on planning, with the help of time planners and discipline leaders
• Ensuring compliance of the project with quality systems, laws, regulations, etc.
• Ensuring that the discipline areas are being planned in sync with each other.
• Organizing technical meetings and reviews
• Coordinating major engineering activities together with project design engineers
• Addressing issues within the project design to ensure constructability.
• Ensuring the correct level and quality of the technical part of RFQ
• Participating in supplier selection and approval
As a specialist within your area of expertise, you will have a role as a process engineer, piping engineer etc.

• MSc. or BSc. in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant work experience corresponding to the work tasks described above.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Swedish language.
