Engineering Project Leader
Interim - Gothenburg
This is a full-time consulting assignment. For our client, we are now looking for an Engineering Project Leader. We are searching for a self-motivated and independent individual, who is result oriented and have an excellency in co-operating with other persons with various backgrounds. You have the ability to function in a dynamic landscape and sometimes ambiguous environment. You also need to be service minded, communicative and professional in your work.
In this role you will be leading software project management activities for Infotainment products. A few of these activites include;
SW design
SW Requirement Development
SW Requirements Management
Requirement analyses and SW verification (unit test, HIL, bench)
Requirements Change Planning, management and tracking of software projects
Management and error management, risk management and supply chain management

Our client has development teams in Sweden, India, Germany, Poland and Romania.
Background and skills:
MSc. E/D/IT/Z, BSc. or equivalent
10+ years of work experience
Experience of SW development for Automotive
SW Project Management experience in complex development projects
Technical background in C/C++ programming, Object oriented development, Embedded software development, SW test and verification
Using SW configuration management tools (e.g. Doors, Polarion)
Using Change Management tools (e.g. JIRA)

For this role, Swedish and English fluently in verbal and written communication is a must.
Nice to have:
Experience from safety analyses or development according ISO 26262
Experience from Agile or Scrum development principles
Generic knowledge of Android and low-level Linux systems
Experience in working with debugging of embedded systems

You must be experienced and be able to contribute to the project within a short time frame.
More about the assignment
You will be assigned to the customer through Intensogruppen. The assignment can also be applied by you with your own company and is expected to be a full-time long-term assignment. Start 2022-11-01 until 2023-05-31. Please apply soon!
