Your work assignments
Change Coordinator/Change Owner – Acute Monitors
In this roll you will manage several small to medium size Design Change initiatives for the company’s on-market Acute Therapies dialysis machines. You will be expected to manage Design Changes from proposed initiative inception to final market implementation including time plans, resource plans, technical investigations, change management system, design control and coordination for implementation in production and on markets.

Experience
• Must have prior experience at Baxter as a Change Coordinator/Change Owner/R&D Lead
• Strong Leadership and Communication skills
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory or Clinical Practices and Product Development Process requirements

Technical skills
• Trackwise / TcU / DCC / PDLM - systems
• Good knowledge of relevant processes and methods for Change Orders
• Excellent knowledge of Design/Change Control
• Excellent English language skills
• Knowledge of Baxter Renal and Acute products
