Engineering Project Manager / Labeling lead

We are now looking for an Engineering Project Manager with background in medical technology, with demonstrated success leading development activities, to join a world leading company in Lund, Sweden. The company products and therapies are found in almost every hospital worldwide, in clinics and in the home.

In this role of Engineering Project Manager / Labeling lead you will manage several small to medium size Design Change initiatives for Water Purification machines within Renal Care.

You will be expected to manage Design Changes from proposed initiative to final market implementation including time plans, resource plans, technical investigations, change management system, design control and coordination for implementation in production and on markets. You will also lead and coordinate labeling activities with internal team members and external suppliers. This will include a small portion of technical writing.
You will be working with team members in primarily Sweden, Italy and India.

Vem är du?
• Previous product life cycle experience and/or project management experience with demonstrated success leading multi-site, projects/development activities in the medical products industry - at least 2 to 3 years.
• Strong Leadership and Communication skills
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and Product Development Process requirements
• Experience in traditional and Agile Project Management fundamentals.
• Strong technical background (engineering)
