About the role
As Engineering Quality Lead you will be a team player coaching teams and colleagues to continuously improve our clients Quality Culture. You will be responsible for the quality assurance activities within development projects. You will have a central part in communicating customers product requirements and ensure that requirements are received and understood by the stakeholders. One important thing in this role is to act as ambassador in order to bring the quality culture closer to the stakeholders and act as an independent quality assurance engineer.

You will be collaborating with the customer and ongoing project on quality issues and conduct project audits and reviewing project results but also support and monitor the Quality deliveries according to customer and projects milestones.

You share knowledge and best practice with colleagues and organization, and you possess good communication skills.

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have:

* Experience within the Quality Engineering
* University degree in engineering, electronics or quality or relevant work experience
* Good skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
* Good skills of quality tools used in Automotive
* Knowledge of audit within systems and processes (ISO 16949)
* Experience from project management or coordination position

If you also have one or more of the following, it will be considered a merit:

* Software quality ASPICE, ISO/IEC 15504
* Functional Safety ISO 26262
