Engineering Quality Lead to Arriver

Job description
As Engineering Quality Lead you will be responsible for the quality assurance activities. You will be collaborating with the stakeholders and development teams on quality issues, planning and conducting project audits and reviewing project results. You will ensure that any deviations are reported, corrected and that the measures are verified. You will also be a key contributor to suggesting improvements to our wow, processes and maintenance of processes. We expect you to be a team player coaching our teams to improve our Quality Culture.

Responsibilities
You will be part of the global Arriver Quality team, with colleagues around the world. You will work in close collaboration with the global development teams located in Sweden, Romania, Germany, USA and Shanghai.

- A quality mindset in general and knowledge about how to build in quality in our processes, instead of adding them later on in a process of its own
- Knowledgeable about complex development in general, and SW development specifically
- Ability to lead and join technical discussions to meet the customer’s expectations

Qualifications
- At least five years of relevant work experience
- Experience of working with quality standards, such as aSPICE and FuSa. 
- Experience of working Agile
- Excellent English in writing and speech
- Driver's license (B)
