English Customer Service Star

Our Customer Service department delivers first class service and helps our customers creating a home to love. Our international markets are expanding rapidly, and we are now looking for a new service oriented colleague with who can support our customers in English.
As a Customer Service Representative your main responsibility will be to ensure our customers to have a great experience helping them to solve issues via telephone, e-mail and chat.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have a passion for customer service, and you know that “the little extra” makes the whole difference. You are driven and have easy to learn new things.
You can communicate very well in speech and writing in English.
You have a structured and meticulous approach and enjoy working in a team while taking a great own responsibility.
As a person, you are positive, responsive and communicative. Furthermore, you enjoy a committed and open work climate with periodic intensive periods and a high tempo.
This job opportunity is for fulltime over upcoming summer months, with good chances of extension. Working hours are office hours on weekdays.

Om rollen;
Du kommer huvudsakligen att ansvara för att ge kunden bästa möjliga upplevelse och lösa kundärenden via telefon, mejl och chatt. Du arbetar mot uppsatta effektivitetsmål och kommer ha en direkt påverkan på vårt gemensamma resultat.
För rätt person finns goda utvecklingsmöjligheter inom företaget.


Om dig;
För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har en passion för kundservice och vet att det är ”det lilla extra” som gör hela skillnaden. Du drivs av ständig förbättring och har lätt för att lära dig nya saker.
Du har mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal & skrift på både svenska och engelska. Har du dessutom kunskaper i danska, norska, holländska eller tyska är detta meriterande. Du har ett strukturerat och noggrant arbetssätt och tycker om att arbeta i team samtidigt som du tar ett stort egenansvar.
Som person är du positiv, lyhörd och kommunikativ. Vidare trivs du i ett engagerat och öppet arbetsklimat med tidvis intensiva perioder och ett högt tempo.
