Position requirements and skills: - Native-fluent in English - Minimum bachelor's degree and/or business-related work experience - Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills - Dynamic and creative approach to training - Open to web-based, blended, and live instruction - Flexible to work at different hours of the day and evening, Monday - Friday, for intensive and/or long-term courses. The corporate language at Berlitz International AB is English hence the Interview and Initial Blended Instructor Training will be conducted in English, with ongoing net-based teaching support and local coaching.
