For our client in Gothenburg we are looking for an English speaking Administrative Business Support.


What you’ll do:
In the Administrative Business Support role, you will work collaboratively within the global Commercial Digital team, which is spread over many time zones. You will provide managers with the insights needed to drive decision making. You will use your experience to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, and perform administrative tasks such as managing calendars, organizing events, handling expenses, managing office space and facilities, handling consultants, coordinating meetings and booking travel. You will also work on optimizing all these processes to make them more efficient over time.


Who you are:
In the Administrative Business Support role, you are an integral part of your team's business operations and activities. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move and adapt quickly with the changing environment. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgement and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions. Excellent English, both written and spoken, is a must.


You should have a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent practical experience in supporting business leaders and/or executive management. It’s preferred if you have previous experience of executive support, which would prepare you for a fast paced and sometimes chaotic episodes by remaining focused and calm to navigate, communicate and execute tasks. You use your experience from using technology and the internet to improve efficiency. Experience from serving as a project lead from conception to completion is great skill set to have. You have the ability to adhere to an expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.

This is a full-time temporary role through Incluso starting ASAP running until April 31st 2021.
