MultiMind Bemanning AB arbetar med personaluthyrning och rekrytering. Bolagets nisch är att förmedla personal med språkkunskaper samt internationell erfarenhet inom områdena kundservice, ekonomi, marknadsföring, HR och IT. MultiMind is searching for talented personnel for one of our client's first line support in Stockholm. Our client is an international company that are world leading within telecommunication. They are now reinforcing one of their international departments within the IT section. In first line support you will support customers from all over the world. You will work via telephone and handle email enquiries regarding sales, delivery, services and faults. You will be responsible for solving different problems that might occur. If the first line can t solve the issues at once, you have to coordinate it to the right key personnel within the department. You are then responsible for doing a follow-up in order to give feed back to the customer if needed. Working task: * Excellent English written and spoken (close to mother tongue) * Experience from an international environment * Advantage if you have experience from within the field. You should also have superb phone skills as well as writing skills. * A genuine interest of IT (technical knowledge of telecommunication technology) Requirements: We are searching for a person that is naturally service minded and that likes to solve problem (pulling person). You should also have analytical capabilities and be used to handle several issues simultaneously.
