We are looking for an outgoing and self-motivated person who wants to work with customer support for an exciting company in Linköping.
TaxiCaller Nordic AB has developed a groundbreaking dispatch system with support for iPhone and Android apps. We are experiencing a great demand and we need to expand our sales and support organization.
The work tasks
Your work tasks will primarily consist of assisting potential new customers to get started with our system and also to help existing customers with their questions. It is a very developing work in an international environment where you will interact with a lot of people every day.
Much of the contacts will be through email and on our chat, but you will also have phone meetings with existing customers and new leads who have contacted us (no cold calls).
Most of our customers are located outside of Sweden, so it is important that you have an excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
Apart from that, no particular previous knowledge is necessary for this job. We will give you training to learn our product and you will get a lot of support from your colleagues so that you feel confident when it comes to the knowledge of our system in your customer contacts. You do not have to know anything about programming, because the support and sales work is on a user level.
As our product is a so called cloud service, travelling will not be necessary in this job.
Qualifications for this job
It is important that you are service minded, that you enjoy helping people and solve problems.
You are fluent in English.
You have a good drive and you are able to work independently.
We see it as positive if:
* You have previous experience of working with sales and support of computer/internet services.
* You have good computer skills and you are an experienced user of iPhone and Android apps.
* You speak languages other than English and Swedish, e.g. Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Russian.

TaxiCaller's dispatch system is groundbreaking because we use the latest technology in both web solutions and smartphones. We are experiencing strong demand for our product, and because of that we need to strengthen our sales and support department.
