What You’ll be Doing
Looking to build and guide the strategic direction of sales operations? Have a passion to connect with reputable clients and ensure their brand’s success? You’ll partner with a reputable client to build the strategic vision and oversee their sales operations as you ensure a successful client relationship. You’ll lead and develop high-performing teams in diverse EMEA markets, driving a vibrant sales culture and top-and-bottom line performance as a profit and loss owner. You’ll develop innovative solutions designed to grow revenue and maintain focus on long-term strategic objectives. Along the way, you’ll provide analytical insights to ensure goal alignment, success, and bring new initiatives into reality.
You'll report to the Senior Vice President of Operations. You’ll contribute to the success of the business and client relationship as you define the strategic roadmap aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
Be the strategic thought and business partner to the client, your team, and the wider business engaging in developing data-driven plans to deliver scale and innovation
Manage the day-to-day operations and deliverables for your team as you work to achieve contractual bonus goals, revenue generation, expenses, and forecasting
Improve our success metrics as you develop an operating model overseeing revenue forecasting accuracy, revenue and margin goals, and client, customer, and Employee satisfaction scores
Partner and communicate changes with the client and ensure that messaging reaches all employees
Develop your teams of sales leaders and their teams as you support them in creating and achieving strategic plans
What You Bring to the Role
Experience in sales operations, with a background or general understanding of call centers
Experience managing teams and leading them to success
Experience building executive relationships with internal and external partners
Understanding, interpreting, and manipulating data for reporting
Engage and support your team in making sure they have the proper tools and systems to accomplish day-to-day tasks
Team building and nurturing an inclusive learning environment
Organize large projects into manageable action items and next steps as you define team timeline and expectations
