English Speaking News Reporter

SR International is looking for a journalist with experience of writing and broadcasting news in English, who also has a good knowledge of the Swedish language and Swedish society to fill a permanent, full-time vacancy.Knowledge of another of our broadcast languages is a merit.

SR International is Sveriges Radio's international and multi-cultural channel.We broadcast news about Sweden in 12 different languages to a national and international audience via radio and the Internet.The English service has the main responsibility for news coverage 7 days a week.The reporter we are looking for should be prepared to write news bulletins, produce radio reports and features for our broadcasts and the internet.You are a team player, but also able to rely on your own judgement when necessary.The job entails both evening and weekend duty.
