English Tutor

Are you a language enthusiast who thrives in the role of coaching others? Do you want to challenge your educational and leadership skills? We’re seeking your talents for an exciting opportunity as an English Tutor in Gothenburg for our new Business English program from Swedish for Professionals!

Since 2014, we have provided a wide range of companies and industries in Sweden with Swedish language coaches to educate their international talents in the Swedish language. Throughout our courses, we have also seen a need for individuals who are proficient in English to improve in their professional, business English. We are therefore seeking a dedicated and motivated English tutor to join the team.

About the role

As an English Tutor at Swedish for Professionals, you'll get to enjoy flexible working hours in an independent role. You'll coach professionals in English to help them further improve their Business English. You are responsible for the preparation of educational materials, which gives you a great opportunity to tailor the classes to the participants' needs.

What does a typical class look like?

The courses will be held at our customer's offices, located at the heart of Gothenburg. The typical arrangement for an English course consists of two 90-minute classes per week, but this can vary depending on the participants' needs and requests.

Requirements for the position

- Excellent command of English; Native-speaker or equivalent.
- Experience in education or tutoring is meritable.
