Bose is known to discerning customers throughout the world as a provider of quality home cinema, music and loudspeaker systems.Wherever quality sound is needed, Bose is there.Sales, customer service and dealer support are co-ordinated from the company's in Brndby outside of Copenhagen, which also provides technical support for all Bose products sold in Denmark. As our new order administration person you will be a part of a Nordic Team including 3 committed colleagues and a team leader. The most important task in the department is to ensure that our customers and our dealers experience a positive and professional co-operation with Bose.As a new co-worker in the customer service department you will service the customers and dealers via email and telephone.You will work in a company with a high engagement and a company in growth. No specific education required - the most important thing is your personal drive and your commitment.It will be preferred that you have experience from a similar job and it is important that you have a technical understanding.We are looking for a person, who: - Is outgoing, positive and has a sense of humour - Is service mindedHas a technical understanding - Is interested in learning new things - Can take it easy when it is busy It is extremely important that you can commit yourself to the above so you can pass it on to your surroundings. You speak and write Finnish fluently, it is probably your native tongue.You also speak and write English in a high level and maybe you can understand basic Danish or Swedish.
