English speaking educator!

Our preschool is located at Långholmen island in between Hornstull and Fridhemsplan with close proximity to both beautiful nature and the city's vast cultural offerings. The preschool is a rounded two-story building with a big outside area. The preschool consists of five groups of children, of which two groups are bilingual with educators speaking either english or swedish.

We now want to welcome our new colleague, a fluent english speaker with experience of the educational system and preferable formal educational training. The younger child group, ages 1-3, wishes to welcomes an educator with high motivation, enthusiasm and a knowledge of teaching.

We place great value in the importance of the fundamental values, how we design our learning environments and what learning materials, literature etc. we offer the children. The preschool is LGBTQ-certified, which means that the educators have undergone a training that has given everyone an in-depth knowledge of all the grounds for discrimination. This knowledge helps us to reflect on and challenge given norms and values ​​that are around us in society.

We are looking for you, an educator with joy and enthusiasm participating in the childrens learning and who is confident in your professional approach.
We want you to be an active teamplayer and interested in participating in developing the preschool. 
You should be an educator who follows the children's interests via the groups project work and also can challenge the children in everyday life through play and imagination.
You are interested in creating inspiring learningenvironments based on the different needs and interests of the children.
You believe learning languages is important and that it would be fun to work at a multilingual preschool.

Other information

This position is a year contract with the possibility of permanent employment. Starting date according to agreement, preferably before summer.
