We are looking for an Enterprise Architect who is passionate about Fintech open banking landscape, to help us continue creating the best value and a WOW experience for both merchants and consumers.

You will be working in close collaboration with all our business areas, both B2B and B2C, where your role is key for us to together maximize the value of what we create at the same time as we’re moving fast. You will often be involved early on in new ventures to identify different solution hypotheses and who to involve in order to go deeper into a venture. Since we believe that architecture and organization are closely related, you will also be part of the Technology Management team - participating in shaping and improving our agile team set-up to meet upcoming needs.

At Qliro we want our agile teams to take full ownership of their products and to be able to deliver value safely and continuously in the context of our architecture landscape. Your job is to set the direction of our target architecture landscape and lead our teams and Tech Leads towards continuously evolving this landscape.

You will also chair the architecture board where business and technology thought leaders in the company make joint decisions on architectural direction and major choices in terms of architectural direction. This includes identifying implications of Qliro’s strategy in terms of the high-level architectural roadmap.


Who are we looking for?

We believe that you are a person who, based on your experience, easily can relate to our business and the demands a customer has on us. You probably have experience from banking or other companies within the financial industry, most preferably other Fintech companies.

Building a fast moving Fintech using cloud-based microservices and an event-driven architecture in order to enable connectivity and speed is something you’re most probably passionate about.

You have a solution oriented, growth mindset where, from your perspective, holds limitless possibilities. With that mindset you can inspire people towards new challenges and finding innovative solutions to the benefit of the customer.

Communicating complex architecture in a way that makes it accessible for the people who need it is something you excel at. You know what is required in terms of understanding the implications when making architectural decisions.

We believe that you have significant experience from IT development and have a successful track-record as Enterprise or Solution architect. You most probably have a technical education within Computer Science or Engineering. Fluency in English is required, but since we have more than 30 nationalities in our office, Swedish isn’t.
