The position

You will be a part of our newly formed enterprise architect team, shaping the technical vision and governance for the company in close cooperation with key stakeholders such as the CPO (Chief Product Officer), CTO (Chief Technology Officer) and CCO (Chief Commercial Officer). You are responsible together with the team for deciding how to execute Cambio’s long term vision from a technical perspective, as well as continually improving the EA function here at Cambio. This is a creative and strategic role where the sky is the limit - how will you deliver best-in-class healthcare to the millions of Swedes using our systems? A typical day for you would be understanding the business drivers and anticipating future technology requirements in order to continually refine our wanted position. You would drive architectural decisions at the enterprise level to realize our wanted position. In addition, you may be facilitating competence development in the architectural domain through coaching or workshops. Another core task is facilitating cross-product and cross-organisation strategy and decision making.

About you

To be comfortable and successful in this position, we see you as being able to communicate clearly and effectively on different levels and with different groups (from developers to C-level management). Others describe you as solution-oriented, structured, and as someone who has both strong documentation and presentation skills. You enjoy understanding the big picture and how different things are connected, and how one can drive change based on this knowledge. Lastly but most importantly, you are an empathic leader who values personal interactions and contributes to an atmosphere of cohesiveness and collaboration.

Requirements 

We prefer applicants that have a previous background as an enterprise architect and who are accustomed to thinking holistically in their everyday job. However, we welcome candidates who may be working as software architects or solution architects who feel they possess a holistic mindset and are ready to take the step to an EA setting. We see this role as working on an abstract and strategic level - something you should be comfortable with to apply.

It's a bonus if you have experience with at least one of the following; Transitioning from delivering products to delivering services, Infrastructure, Implementing company-wide, cross-product technical processes and governance or Healthcare industry.



Place of employment: Stockholm OR Linköping

Scope: Full time 

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
