Resurs is at an exciting stage of a strategic journey of transforming into a modern and even more technology focused bank. As an Enterprise Architect we need you to lead and guide our architects and product owners on this journey. You will work closely together with other architects, developers and product managers to design, build and deliver services within the different autonomous teams and streams in the bank.
The impact you have will greatly affect the speed with which Resurs transforms itself and the payment market in the Nordics. As Enterprise Architect you report to our Lead Enterprise Architect.
Get an idea of the role
In the role as an Enterprise Architect you will:
- Work together with the different teams to establish an as-a-service delivery with platform thinking and api-first in mind to
further strengthen the autonomy of our different teams.
- You will have a key role in identifying necessary changes to our domain boundaries to further strengthen the responsibility
and accountability of the different domains.
- Provide solutions to meet requirements in cross team initiatives.
- Coach and mentor our architects and product managers in as-a-service delivery and an agenda of continuous improvement
and flow.
- Take an active part in guiding our core banking program and cloud initiative.
- Take part in strategic discussions and contribute to our transformation roadmap.
On a personal level
We believe that you:
- Have a strong architect and engineering background with 5+ years of experience.
- Preferably you have a background in banking or experience from other regulated industries.
- You confidently contribute in work in the intersection between software development, architecture and business.
- You are experienced in working within an agile organization with a setup of autonomous teams and product managers
