In the role of Enterprise Architect you will be responsible for one of our divisions and use your skills to create and maintain Target Architecture for Husqvarna’s applications. You will continuously develop your competence and be on the edge of your expertise.

Your future challenge
To succeed in this role you have to be a person with specialist experience in IT application area with a genuine IT background in the application architecture domain. With good communication and leadership skills and be passionate to seek knowledge to be updated as well as able to share this knowledge with others.
Your team
As Enterprise Architecture – Application you will be organized in the Global Information Services organization, GIS. This in the department, Enterprise Architecture. Your location will be Huskvarna, Jonsered or Stockholm Sweden our main site in Sweden is Huskvarna
GIS (Global Information Services), the IT department of Husqvarna AB, is responsible for the delivery of IT-services throughout the group. The organization is based at the major hub sites Huskvarna, Jonsered ( Sweden) ULM( Germany) and Charlotte (US) and delivers IT services globally.
Your role
Provide expertise in the area of application architecture .
Communicate understanding and knowledge of the overall application landscape of Husqvarna group
Be responsible against Gardena divisions from EA team.
Coordination with other domain & solution architects within GIS.
Contribute to the Development the EA function and governance structure
Lead development of strategies and roadmaps, create and maintain target architecture,
Lead workshops
Lead architecture networks. Educate and communicate architecture to different stakeholders
Explore new channels/approaches
Support project initiatives and different kind of investigations
Provide Governance for Architecture Decisions and Compliance.
Continuously seek knowledge to stay updated and share this knowledge in the organization
Develop frameworks and drive new ways of working

Who you are
Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Computer Science or relevant area or similar experience
Strong experience in IT applications.
Senior IT Architecture / EA experience
You have a good sense for the bigger picture rather than getting into details.
Experience from SAP is an advantage
Manufacturing company process knowledge
Leading experience is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Swedish & German is an advantage.
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Flexibility and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced global atmosphere.
