Enterprise Architect for Service Products

Enterprise Architect for Service Products

Arbetsbeskrivning

Do you want to be part of the Enterprise Architect (EA) team working with outstanding service products within the department Vehicle Service Information? We are looking for a self-driven Enterprise Architect who has a customer-oriented mindset and great leadership and communication skills.

Scania is undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

Scania's aim is to drive the shift towards a sustainable transport system, creating a world of mobility that is better for business, society and the environment. The department Vehicle Service Information (YS) plays a central role in this journey by providing the information, tools and systems needed to maintain, diagnose, repair and upgrade the products in a qualitative and cost-effective manner.

Your tasks

In the role as EA, you will provide strategic technical direction, and drive the strategic product planning at Vehicle Service Information (YS) through roadmaps and portfolio management – to ensure YS products being developed in a resource-efficient way, while at the same time meeting customer requirements. In addition, you will align architecture across different teams and products and be involved in collecting, generating, and analysing innovative ideas and technologies.

In the end, it is our service organisation, who will evaluate if our products have the right features and are easy and efficient to use. Therefore, you will organise Service Request Meetings with participants from Scania’s Business Units in order to receive feedback on existing and future products, as well as testing new concepts and ideas.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the continued success of YS and Scania’s aftermarket business, as well as become visible within the organisation, since you will work with teams and individuals across Scania’s organisation – from R&D, Sales & Marketing, Commercial Operations to Scania’s Business Units.

Your profile

You have a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent and have at least three years of previous work experience from a similar position, or a related role such as business, solution or software architect. In addition, knowledge and experience of the following fields are a plus:

• Broad experience of Scania's products, processes and services or similar experience from another large industrial company.

• Project management and agile development methodologies such as SAFe 5 agile framework.

• Experience with Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect or similar EA tools.

As a person, you are adaptable and open-minded and see obstacles and hurdles as opportunities to learn and grow, and challenges to overcome. You have a proven track record of drive and teamwork, but still able to work independently when needed. You master English fluently in both speaking and writing, as well as understanding Swedish.

We offer

We offer a healthy and inspiring work place, with respect for the individual, where you have great opportunities to shape your work and your future. Your personal and professional development is important and something we encourage and support.

In addition to personal and professional development opportunities, benefits  such as employee car, mutual bonus, occupational pension, flexible working hours, lunch at reduced prices and much more. If you live in Stockholm, we offer a direct bus service between Stockholm and Södertälje, Scania Job Express.
