Enterprise Architect - Infrastructure and IT Security

You will in this position be responsible for setting the direction for Husqvarna in the IT infrastructure area.
To support Husqvarnas digitalization and new areas of innovation a solid IT infrastructure and IT- security is crucial. A combination of fast moving DevOps teams and traditional IT delivery in a fast changing global environment an IT-infrastructure and delivery model fit for purpose is a need for different type of cloud solutions, network, server hosting, and IT security is part of your daily work. You will use your skills to create and maintain the target Architecture for Husqvarna’s infrastructure. You will continuously develop your competence and be on the edge of your expertise.

Your future challenge
To be successful in this role, we foresee our future colleague to be a person with Senior Architechture Experience in IT infrastructure, Cloud and IT-security with a broad experience in the entire IT-area. You are passionate to seek knowledge to be updated as well as able to share this knowledge with others.
Your team
As Enterprise Architecture for Infrastructure and Security you will be part of the Global Information Services organization (GIS), in the Enterprise Architecture team. GIS is present in Huskvarna, Jonsered and Stockholm, Sweden but location can be discussed given we operate in a remote working situation
GIS (Global Information Services), the IT department of Husqvarna AB, is responsible for the delivery of IT-services globally throughout the group. The organization is based at the major hub sites Huskvarna, Jonsered, (Sweden) ULM ( Germany) and Charlotte (US) and delivers its services globally.
Your role
Provide expertise in the area of infrastructure, cloud and security.
Communicate understanding and knowledge of the overall infrastructure and security landscape
Plan, coordinate and drive strategies and roadmaps.
Coordination with other domain and EA architects
Coordination with solution architects in the infrastructure area
Explore new channels/approaches
Provide Governance for Architecture Decisions and Compliance.
Perform Current-Future gap analysis and business value analysis regarding Infrastructure and Services.
Perform architecture blueprint support in strategic projects.

Who you are
Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Computer Science or relevant area
Strong experience in Infrastructure and IT Security architecture
Senior Architecture experience used to work with various EA-frameworks, preferably certified in any EA-framework.
Experience from Cloud, DevOps, Network, Workplace, Server & Storage and IT sourcing is an advantage.
You have a good sense for the bigger picture rather than getting into details.
Project management or other type of leadership experience is an advantage
Confident in leading yourself and others
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Swedish is an advantage
You are a team-player

You appreciate flexibility and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced atmosphere.
