Arbetsbeskrivning
Do you want to be a part of creating IT solutions that will take the H&M customer experience to the next level? We are looking for a delivery oriented Enterprise Architect with extensive SAP experience.
Find your place in a fast-moving environment where a seamless customer experience is top priority and your responsibility is to create the IT pre-requisites to deliver it.
We believe that it is important to deliver a seamless customer experience across our sales channels and different touchpoints. To enable us to deliver this experience and to launch updates to it at a fast pace we need a common backend with solutions available through clear and simple access points.
To establish this, we have decided to implement common backend multichannel processes such as Procure to Pay, Moves, Warehouse management, Credit, Purchasing (external products) etc. The processes are implemented in what we call our Retail Core Solutions (RCS) built on SAP ECC, CAR, EWM and CRM.
We are now looking for a pragmatic, delivery oriented Enterprise Architect to contribute in the realization. Your main focus will be common backend cross-channel solutions that will serve as the base for our customer offer.
You will join a team of other experienced Architects and you will work with early phases of new projects requiring development in Retail Core Solutions. Your task will be to enable and support scoping, capacity management, design and implementation on the common platforms.
Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Enterprise Architect comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
- Assure transparent communication of new scope items from our main Business development programs to our Solution Responsibles from both Business and IT
- Break down high level business requirements to tangible IT requirements that the delivery areas can relate to
- Drive estimation work for new features across our Functional Delivery Areas
- Assure that long term delivery capacity is aligned with the requirements and roadmaps from our major Business development programs
- Merge requirements and agendas from the different H&M brands to create one common development/release plan
- Facilitate high level design work and pre-study work
- Provide expertise of functional as well as non-functional aspects of the solution
- Understanding of SAP roadmaps and how it relates to digital delivery roadmap
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a sales-minded, social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. Your personal qualities also include:
- Broad knowledge of SAP solutions from a functional perspective and specifically from working with as many as possible of the relevant processes (Procure to Pay, Moves, Warehouses processes, Credit, Purchasing) and applications (ECC, CAR, EWM and CRM)
- Experience from utilizing these processes in an Online Sales scenario
- Strong interest and competence in Business Processes and how to create IT solutions to support them
- Experience from working with Release Management, Scoping, Estimates, Capacity Management etc.
- Strong leadership skills and experience from Project Management for SAP system implementations
- Strong communication skills, need to have the ability to explain complex issues in a simple and pedagogic manner
