Enterprise Architect/ Sr. Project Manager (Pharma)

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with solid enterprise architecture experience for one of our clients in the Pharma Industry.

IT Office of the CIO need a strong senior project manager with solid enterprise architecture experience and understanding. The role needs to lead the project of defining an end-to-end target architecture for our client - connecting the dots across our domain architecture (Research & Early Development, Development, Product Supply, Commercial, Finance, HR etc.). The work will be performed in close cooperation with our senior enterprise architects involving business SMEs and local domain architects.

Supplemental information about the target architecture effort / core deliverables:

MVP - key deliverables in 2023, which is expected that this role together with current team will deliver:

- Updated Enterprise Capabilities Map - which is mapped to core systems and data (incl high-level dataflows).

- Defined, aligned and communicated onboarding/migration process to core systems and processes in scope (will especially be needed for future M&As)

- Need to define alternative scenarios if migration isn’t an option (short term) e.g data integration.

- Above deliverables to be an embedded part of the M&A handbook that is currently being developed

- The target architecture is modelled in Abacus starting from high-level and short-term evolving into longer term and more detailed incl. overview of the transition architecture (the roadmap).

This project is very critical and has high visibility towards the Digital, Data and IT committee at our client, as this project will be one of the workstreams in the overall IT Scalability Programme.

Concrete deliverables will be agreed and measured based on overall programme structure and guidance.

Scope adjustments should be expected.

Required skills:

- This role therefore needs to have a strong consultancy toolbox of planning-, organization-, communication- and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred experience:

- Basic knowledge of M&A and Pharma Industry is considered a plus.
