About the Role
The candidate through previous industry expertise has demonstrated ability to be a trusted business advisor that can shape strategy, develop technology implementation choices that achieve the business objectives. The role mandates defining the target architecture vision for the domain and conceptualise the same in transitional steps that can then be achieved through working software across the full SDLC. This manifest itself in the ability to govern, mentor and overseeing the design and implementation work managed through other architecture resources and developers.
This architect defines and ensure a comprehensive and coherent view across Business Process, Information, Systems and Technology. They go beyond just designing IT systems to deliver business change, which may also be supported and enabled by IT.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the workflow and case management domain and data governance projects through all phases of the project lifecycle from defining the strategic roadmap with business, developing the technology blueprint, planning the phased IT implementation, setting up the team and the governance structures related to operations
* Ability to translate strategic goals through transitional delivery steps, even if that implies justified technical debt to achieve the business outcome
* Lead projects with blended onshore/offshore teams that range in size from 5 to 25 team members
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders across all business touch points in the workflow and case related to channel integration, loan origination, pricing, analytics, decisioning, scoring and risk modelling
* Ability to initiate and recommend appropriate data governance processes, organisational models, and technologies to address the business needs
* Advise clients on leading practices for the implementation of work flows , case management , data governance, master data management and establish a COE (centre of excellence) for the capability
* Influence the business and technology direction at the divisional or enterprise level based on broad expertise across multiple software platforms and technologies
* Transfer knowledge and leading practices to internal staff
* Work with C-level, VP-level, and Director-level executives to influence and position the domain capability
* Conduct "Whiteboard", Knowledge and requirements gathering sessions with clients through the conceptualisation, design and implementation of new systems, middleware, and business intelligence solution

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
* 10+ years of related work experience in the areas of Workflow Case Management using PEGA or related BPM technologies. Architect and design advanced solutions using PEGA 8
* Preferred Certifications ( other relevant BPM certifications like Axiom and or IBM BPM would also be considered PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) 
* PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
* PEGA Certified CPM Architect (CCA)

* A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a client-facing consulting delivery role managing in an onsite/offshore delivery model with emphasis on collaborative working through use of virtual teams
* Extensive experience of defining integration solution between applications over common integration patterns (SOAP, REST, Message Based, files based)
* Understand current, future requirements and develop roadmap keeping complexity, feasibility, business value of features/functionality
* Implement and govern (COE), architectural principles, best practices and common change initiatives in own area to secure high quality in IT solutions as best practice
* Identify possibilities for evolving the architecture to deliver reduced complexity, cost efficiencies, improved agility, reduced risk or improved business capabilities
* Ability to communicate technical concepts in simple terms; must be comfortable presenting solution design concepts and guiding solution design discussions / sessions
* Ability to work independently as well as guide and mentor other team members, partners and customers.
* Strong executive presence and ability to interact with senior executives
* MUST be willing to travel and prepared to work in the Nordics preferably Denmark in Copenhagen
* Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to SAFe Applications Development, Support and Deployment
